Company Overview Brief Introduction: Shandong Inspur Huaguang Optoelectronics Co., Ltd, hereinafter referred to as "Inspur Huaguang"), was established in 1999 and completed the share reform in 2011. The registered capital is RMB 299.8 million. Inspur Huaguang was the earliest company in the main land of China which purchased large production MOCVD to dedicate to the compound semiconductor epitaxy wafers and optoelectronics devices’ development and mass production. We have built an advanced production line and have the ability to supply full-color LED wafer&chips, civilian-used LD wafer&chips, LD devices and Optoelectronics application products. Especially, the LD devices’ production and sales have been ranked first in China since 2006. Main products:LED&LD Epitaxy Wafers, Chips, Devices and Applications. General Strength: Inspur Huaguang is approved by the ISO9001 quality system certification and ISO14001 environmental management system certification. They devote unremitting vitality to the company. Among these staff, the president Zheng Tiemin is one of the experts who enjoy the special allowance of the State Council, and also was rewarded as the top expert in Shandong province. Dr. Xu Xiangang, the technology leader of Inspur Huaguang, is one of the first batch of the Cheung Kong Scholars, the winner of Distinguished Young Scholars of China. In addition, he was awarded by IEE of both USA and UK. Shandong University, the technical unit, has the state-level key crystal lab, which has got outstanding achievements and accomplished the industrialization. c) R&D achievements Inspur Huaguang has undertaken more than ten national projects, including projects issued by Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Education et al., and also has undertaken over twenty projects issued by Shandong Province and over ten projects issued by Jinan and Weifang. Intellectual property Until Dec. 2013, Inspur Huaguang has applied for 162 patents in the optoelectronic field, including 130 patents of invention. And over 100 papers have been published. Standard establishment As one of the Member of MIIT's Semiconductor Lighting Technical Standard Working Group, Inspur Huaguang has taken part in the setting projects for more than 10 industrial standards. d) Production capabilities and marketing share The semiconductor laser diode wafer&chips’ production and marketing share is ranked first since 2006 in the civilian market. The qualification and specification of the LED wafer&chips is in the leading position. The production and sales of the LED is top the list in the Mainland of China. The sales network covers most area in China. The optoelectronics products, containing Inspur Huaguang’s products, can reach 2/3 of the globe, including America, Europe, South-east Asian and so on. Manufacturing Base: Inspur Huaguang is the leading enterprise of Shandong Province. It has two manufacturing base, one is in Jinan and the other is in Weifang. No.1 Factory The No.1 factory is also the registration place of Shandong Huaguang Optoelectronics Co.,Ltd.，established in Nov. 1999, which is the wholly-owned subsidiary of Inspur Huaguang. It is located in the Jinan High-tech Development Zone, covers an area of 26,666 square meters. The building area is over 5,000 square meters No.2 Factory The No.2 factory is the registration place of Shandong Inspur Huaguang Optoelectronics Co.,Ltd.，established in Nov. Sept. 2004. It is located in the Weifang High-tech Development Zone, covers an area of 100,667 square meters. The building area is over 90,000 square meters. Development Goals: During the coming 5 years, Inspur Huaguang will invest over RMB 5 Billion in Jinan and Weifang, install 90 sets mass production MOCVD and matched chip production line. This will be the largest LED&LD industry base in the Mainland of China.
